One half gallon of pasteurized chocolate milk. It contains no hormones, antibiotics, or soy. We also do not add any stabilizers, food coloring, or other additives to our milk. We make our chocolate syrup from scratch, fresh for every batch of milk. Our cows are pastured as much as possible and fed hay grown on our farm when the pasture is not available.
Please note, none of our milk is homogenized so the cream will separate to the top and the chocolate will fall to the bottom when it sits. Please shake well before drinking, or pour some of the cream off for your coffee!
"Without bottle to return" is what you should select if you DO NOT have a bottle to return when you pick up your milk.
"With bottle to return" is what you should select if you DO have a bottle to return when you pick up your milk.
*You must purchase each half gallon with a bottle deposit if you have never bought our milk before and do not have glass bottles to return when you pick up your order. The deposit is $3/bottle and will only be charged once, provided that you bring your bottle back when you pick up your next order. $2 will be refunded to you if you bring your empty bottle back and do not want a refill.*
IF YOU RETURN A DIRTY BOTTLE (i.e. with milk still in the bottom, or any sort of rot or mold), you will be charged for a bottle deposit! Bottles that are returned in that condition require extra hand cleaning and sanitization as well as extra time in our industrial bottle washer, and in extreme cases we sometimes have to take the bottle out of rotation altogether and throw it away. Please be considerate and rinse your bottles thoroughly with hot water prior to returning them!
Raw milk (pasteurized at 150 degrees for 30 minutes on our farm), cocoa, sugar, vanilla, salt
